We require 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment as our time is precious and we have other guests who would like your appointment. A charge will be incurred for no show appointments. If you arrive late your appointment maybe reduced but the full cost will still be charged, over 30 minutes late your treatment may not be honoured to ensure following appointments are not inconvenienced.
